Friday The 13th: The Obsession Locations

Over the last four months, we have been bringing massive updates on the soon to be shooting web series called Friday the 13th: The Obsession. Our website has created a dedicated page for the professionally made fan web series and now the time for filming is almost here as some location pics have emerged.

Producer and Jason actor Tim Whitfield posted images for one of two locations that will be used for filming the seven webisodes and we must say that the locations look very authentic. The images posted below are from an area actually called Crystal Lake. That truly is a good omen!


Here is what Tim had to say about the location:

One of two locations we will be using for "Crystal Lake" - this first location will not be used so much for actual character shooting as it will be used for set up, b-roll, and establishing shots. Though some scenes will be shot here. The distance of the location and the lack of power near the actual lake will hinder any major scenes being hsot there, but the fact that its really 'Crystal Lake' was too much production value to pass up :)
