Days Of The Dead Bring Wickedbeard To Jason And His Creator
The gigantic horror convention Days Of The Dead took place this past weekend and showcased Friday the 13th alumni such as Ari Lehman (Young Jason Voorhees, Friday the 13th 1980), Tom Savini (Effects, Friday the 13th 1980/Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter), John Carl Buechler (Director/Effects, Friday the 13th Part 7: The New Blood), and last but not least, Derek Mears (Jason Voorhees, Friday the 13th 2009).
One special guest not only ran the costume contest for the event, but he got to dress the part, literally, and scare scores of fans over the weekend. That guest, of course, is Wickedbeard. The man of many faces showcased numerous costumes from some of the most popoular horror characters of the last 40 years. However, we love our Jason Voorhees, so below are some great images of Wickedbeard posing with the latest Jason on film, Derek Mears, and the creator of what many fans believe the best Jason design of all, John Carl Buechler.
Drawing a comparison, we think that Wickedbeard couldn't be told apart from the real Jason actors themselves and he fits right in with these fine gentlemen!

Awesome! Seeing Buechler and Wickedbeard next to each other makes me think of him with Kane on set. Amazing work on the costumes, man.
