Friday The 13th Part 2 Screening With Amy Steel

We are all immersed in Halloween-time activities with the Fall festival quickly approaching. Most every horror fan gathers together with friends at some point to watch their favorite scary movies, which can be either from past or present offerings. Of course, here, we like to watch our favorite Friday the 13th films and we have some news for Friday the 13th Part 2 fans.

This Saturday October 22, 2011, Amy Steel (Ginny Field) will be attending a screening of the film in Manzanita, Oregon. Below are the details, courtesy headlightherald.com

The Hoffman Center's Manzanita Film Series will present the 1981 feature "Friday the 13th Part 2" on Saturday, Oct. 22, and one of the stars of the film will be on hand to discuss the movie.
The show starts at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $7 and refreshments will be available. The film is rated R.
The film stars Manzanita resident Amy Steel as Ginny Field. Steel who will discuss the film and her part in it. The event will also be an early Halloween party, and costumes are encouraged.
