Friday The 13th Part 7 Prop Auction Starting Soon!

One of our favorite things to write about on the website is that of props that were used during the filming of the various movies in the Friday The 13th film franchise. We have featured our fair share of these props and fans always ask when and where these items can be purchased. Well, now you have a chance to get your hands on a prop from a famous scene in the series.

Auction website icollector.com will be holding a live auction for a number of screen used props and wardrobe starting on Saturday October 22, 2011 and one very cool item is up for auction from Friday the 13th Part 7: The New Blood. Below is the description and photos of the prop that will be up for auction. The item is starting at $500. Good luck to those people who jump in and try own a piece of Friday the 13th history.

Screen used rubber prop knife, used by Jason Vorhees (Kane Hodder) in Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood. This incredible find, iconic of the infamous Paramount film series, features a fully painted blade and handle, the latter of which is stamped with "44S" and "Chicago Cutlery". Second only to Jason's diabolical mask in terms of collectability! This item was originally sold at a Profiles in History auction, where it was lotted with three other knives from the series. (15x2)
