Comic Con SDCC Shows Off NECA Jason Voorhees In Packaging, Gives Release Date
Last month, NECA teased the packaging for the first Jason Voorhees figures to be released in 2012. The first two figures will be variants of the character from Friday The 13th Part 3 which are the "Clean" Jason and the "Battle Damaged" Jason. The teaser image shown previously had an unpainted figure fitted on the card, but now we have learned and seen so much more, thanks to the SDCC (San Diego Comic Con).
Below are images recently snapped at the humongous convention, which has now become one of the largest venues to promote toys, television shows and films. NECA has brought the newly packaged Jason figures from Part 3 for display as well the two variants of the character from Friday The 13th: The Final Chapter, which will be released later in the year. Speaking of a release, thanks to the pics below, we now know the exact month that the Part 3 figures will be released and a little more vague time frame for The Final Chapter figures.
