AMC Fearfest 2012 To Feature Friday The 13th Marathon
Back in 2010, the Friday The 13th film franchise was celebrating its 30th Anniversary and the AMC television network joined in by holding the first ever marathon for the film series during the two week run of Fearfest. The annual Halloween film festival Fearfest runs for two weeks and features classic Horror films that fans can watch (edited for television). This writer held a chat a fews years back during one night of the Marathon and not only did the viewers have fun and enjoy the marathon presentation, but AMC received huge ratings during that time period as well.
Well, you can't keep a good slasher franchise down as FearFest programming has begun to roll out and it has been announced that a new Marathon of the Friday The 13th films will be run again this Halloween season. Although the full schedule has not been released yet, below is the tentative setup for the films during the one week marathon event. Pick one of the two trilogies to watch in the middle of the week and enjoy! All times are Eastern Standard Time in the United States.
