Crystal Lake Memories Documentary Offering Vintage Prologue?

Last year, during the last round of behind the scenes image updates on the Crystal Lake Memories Documentary Facebook page, fans were treated to a bevy of camp images with Corey Feldman and author Peter Bracke sitting around a campfire. Since then, there has been a lot of speculation as to what is going on in the photos. Is the camp scene going to be a running theme throughout the show as Corey narrates the documentary? Or, is it going to be something even better?!

We have a sneaking suspicion that what we will end up seeing is a vintage Prologue scene in the opening of the documentary, much like audiences witnessed in the opening prologue of Friday The 13th: The Final Chapter. In that classic camp fire scene, Paul Holt tells the tale of Mrs. Voorhees and her son Jason followed by an exhilarating collage of imagery from the first three Friday The 13th films. The prologue for that film set the tone for the duration of running time for The Final Chapter and we think fans are in for a similar treat.

The Prologue scene has not been confirmed as of yet, but if our thoughts hold true, Friday The 13th fans are in for one hell of an opening for the documentary! Look for the documentary to be released this Spring.
