More Friday The 13th Double Feature Blu-Ray Discs Out This September
Last month we discovered that a few Friday The 13th Blu-Ray double feature discs were created by Warner Bros. and put up for pre-sale at Amazon.ca. At the time, there wasn't much else listed about the discs on the sales pages, and we also wondered if these double feature discs would eventually be available for sale in the United States as well? Well, it looks as though they will only be sold in Canada, and we now have the disc cover images as well.
There are two Blu-Ray packs available for pre-order now, Friday The 13th 1980 / Friday The 13th Part 2 and Friday The 13th Part 3 / Friday The 13th: The Final Chapter. There is a street date of September 13, 2013, just like the full box set, so fans now have a few options for buying the films in high definition. This could offer a nice alternative for those fans looking to opt out of buying the full box set in favor of some of the earlier films.
