Adrienne King Joins Scares That Care Weekend

One of the best charitable organizations in the Horror community is Scares That Care, a non-profit that aims to help families in need while dealing with sick family members. In order to further help these people and bring together all of the fans of the Horror genre, it was announced last year that Scares That Care would put on an amazing weekend event called Scares That Care Weekend. The event is not being touted as another convention, but a celebration of fans and families alike. All proceeds of of the weekend event go to families in need.

It is no surprise that Friday The 13th alumni would decide to join the festivities that donates to various families and it was just announced that Adrienne King ( Alice Hardy, Friday The 13th 1980) will join the already attending Kane Hodder (Jason Voorhees, The New Blood, Jason Takes Manhattan, Jason Goes To Hell, Jason X) for the weekend show. Scares That Care Weekend takes place June 27-29, 2014 and will be held in Williamsburg, Virginia.
