Thank You For Following Friday The 13th: The Franchise For 4 years!
For those of you that know me and have followed my writing here over the years, you know that my starting up this Friday The 13th: The Franchise website was a very spur of the moment, sudden situation. For those readers that caught on to this special place since it began operation, you should know that the Friday The 13th films are a passion for this writer and that passion drives this website.
This past year has been a tremendous journey in learning even more technology as it relates to this site as well as learning to reach out to others in the community and really make this site a central hub for all things Friday the 13th. Our website celebrates its fourth anniversary today, and something that started very small has continued to grow quite large. This site has a long way to go and has the makings of something very unique and special and really is an extension of every single fan out there who has followed these movies for over three decades.
The goal here is to have an immerse and interactive website that not only reports the latest news pertaining to the Horror series, but uncovers new and interesting topics that fans may not have known about before. Thank you to everyone who reads our news and forum topics and contributes their thoughts. If there is anything you would like to see included or added in 2015, please let us know in the comments below, or send us an email at contact@fridaythe13thfranchise.com.
I encourage everyone to join in on the conversations we have on the stories we post and check out our social media sites linked at the upper right of our website. Also, I want to give a great big thanks to all of the contributors to our website, Lorne Dixon, Caliber Winfield, Jeff Sica, and Carlo Carrasco. Another list of thank yous go out to Dan Farrands for his generous time he has given to me in learning about the Crystal Lake Memories Documentary as well as Larry Zerner and Mark Swift for their fun interactions on Twitter.
Lastly, I am very thankful to be in the position to supply information to all of the great fans of the Friday The 13th franchise. Your passion for the films drives my passion for this website even further and this has been the best four years of writing and being a part of an online community I have ever experienced. Thanks again!
