NECA To Release Ultimate 'Jason Lives: Friday The 13th Part 6' Figure This Fall!

Last night was preview night for the SDCC (San Diego Comic Con) and as such fans were able to get a look at all sorts of merchandise for comics, film, and television. Of cource, NECA was in attendance to show off their latest and future offerings in their licensed toy lines and first were offered a glimpse of the new NES Jason Voorhees figure. That wasn't the only Jason figure displayed, however, and fans are sure to rejoice at what we have seen.

Thanks to figures.com, we now have clear images of the next 7 inch figure of Jason Voorhees and it is part of NECA's Ultimate line! This is still in progress, which is why Jason is not painted yet. The figure is not a mego retro design, but a traditional molded figure which will come in special packaging depicting the original poster art from Jason Lives: Friday The 13th Part 6. The figure comes with his headstone from the film along with metal fence post and is sure to have his trademark machete and other weapons at his disposal.

The release is set for Fall, but once we find out a more solid date, we will let everyone know. How excited is everyone for this release!
