Behind The Scenes: Deleted Scene Of Tina's Hallucination With Mr. Shepard
Getting to see new images of the franchise is always a treat for fans and we try and publish these photos when time permits. One photo that doesn't get much play is that of a deleted scene in Friday The 13th Part 7: The New Blood.
Tina is hallucinating and imagines her father Mr. Sheperd in his study wearing coveralls and a hat. Obviously, Tina had done her fair share of hallucinating and having visions during the film and the producers probably felt extra visions of her father would have been a bit much. However, it does lend to her psychology and the whole reason Jason is resurrected in the first place.
Do you think this extra vision and possibly more would have distracted the viewer from the rest of the movie?
