Duke's Compound Filming Location From 'Jason Goes To Hell' Discovered

We always enjoy discovering new filming locations from the Friday The 13th films and today another location has been unlocked. Robert Patterson discovered the shooting location of Duke's compound in Jason Goes To Hell: The Final Friday for his website set-jetter.com.

The idea that Duke had a training compound for what is believed to be mercenaries that aided him in his tracking of serial killers has always been intriguing (The question is why didn't they go with him to Crystal Lake?). The scene showing the compound is an interesting one, referencing back to the famous line of Robert Shaw from Jaws ("The mask, the machete, the whole damn thing").

The filming location was discovered to be just outside of 8660 Hayden Place in Culver City, California, for which the offices for the production of the film were actually used. Take a look at the photos below to see the comparison between the scene from the movie and a more current look at the location.

Big thanks to Robert to reaching out to share his discovery and make sure to visit his site listed above to experience a large number of filming locations for all different types of movies.

About The Film

But everybody assumes wrong. Jason has been reborn with the bone-chilling ability to assume the identity of anyone he touches. The terrifying truth is he could be anywhere. Or anybody.

In this shocking, blood-soaked finale to Jason's carnage-ridden reign of terror, the horrible secret of his unstoppable killing instinct is finally revealed. And once you know the chilling facts, you'll see him in your nightmares. And he'll see in you in hell.
