Friday The 13th: A New Beginning Screening On 35mm Film For 40th Anniversary
This year marks the 40th Anniversary of the release of Friday The 13th: A New Beginning in theaters. Extremely controversial upon its release at the time, the film has definitely found an audience the past several years and even turned some of the initial hatred around into positive vibes in the four decades since being released. Now, the second whodunit film in the franchise is receiving a proper 35mm presentation to celebrate the milestone anniversary.
The Colonial Theater, in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, will be showing the film on Friday, June 13th this year and it will definitely be a crazy crowd to watch the continuation of the Tommy Jarvis trilogy. Make sure to visit the theater website for more information and to purchase tickets.
