Friday The 13th Show Runner Proclaims Crystal Lake Production Office Is Live

Crystal Lake series show runner Brad Caleb Kane has been hard at work preparing fans to return to Crystal Lake, and with the announcement that Linda Cardellini has been cast as Mrs. Voorhees news is sure to begin streaming in for the highly anticipated project.

Today Brad gave the brief update on Instagram that “Crystal Lake Production Offices are live.” This is spectacular news as this series is finally happening and for the first time in over fifteen years there will be new official content to view and discuss. Below is an image he shared of the latest script for the series, which shows the script is property of Camp Blood LLC. Very cool. I should have nabbed that name. Anyways, look for even more updates soon when the series heads into full production!

The new Friday The 13th series is run by Brad Caleb Kane and produced by Horror Inc., Marc Toberoff and Victor Miller and A24. The show will air on the streaming service Peacock. Early word we heard late last year was that filming is set to begin this summer.
